What makes for a successful and easy homeschool is applying a Godly foundation to your child’s education.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

Christian parents should ask themselves three questions when it comes to their child’s education.

“Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a ditch? A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher.” Luke 6:39-40

“Blessed is the man (and child), Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night. Psalm 1:1

1. Who is your child’s teacher?

“He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad”. Matthew 12:30

2. Does your child’s textbooks rely on Biblical truths or secular doctrine?

The Bible has many references to the importance of having Godly friends.

Learn not the way of the heathen. Jeremiah 10:2

He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed. Proverbs 13:20

Do not be deceived, evil company corrupts good habits. 1 Corinthians 15:33
