This proposal presents the findings and recommendations initiated by the DAYAX ISLAMIC BANK with the help of CRWMC. Our objective is to demonstrate the definitive need for Islamic financial products to meet the demand by the Somali Community. An estimated over 8 million somalis are in dire need of buying homes, vehicles, business financing, etc and at present, there is no a single Islamic bank offers these products and services in the banking sector. This proposal identifies numerous ways for the Somali’s to have access to a high quality of products and services in line with the Shariah-compliant financial products. It mirrors the values that DAYAX ISLAMIC BANK stands for “ a major community type bank” to provide innovative products and services to its communities. We are indeed grateful to welcome this venture and to make it happen to reach our mutual objectives and goals.
